The cigarettes you buy are made in Europe, and are to European specification unless
otherwise stated. We will endeavour to provide the Customer with the product of their choice however,
if this is not possible, we will notify the Customer via email or telephone.
Cigarettes-Com.NET accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products.
In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available, a full refund will be offered
to the Customer
Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by Registered Mail only and need to be signed for upon arrival.
In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at
sales@Cigarettes-Com.NET quoting your order number.
If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address
and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be
unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.
Delivering time
The average delivery time to the United States is 1 - 3 weeks (11 days usually).
In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us
know so we can attempt to track your packages. If you do not receive your packages
within 40 days, these packages are declared "lost or stolen" and we guarantee to resend you
the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order.
Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 12-48 hours once your check was cleared (takes up to 5 business days), excluding
weekends and holidays - such orders are shipped on next working day.
In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a
rate of one a day (to avoid customs interest on you). Since these parcels are shipped on different
days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and
to protect our customers we ship via Registered Priority mail only.
Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase
immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the
products are faulty, let us know and we'll give you a return instructions.
Cigarettes-Com.NET cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products
caused by omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process. Then, return the unwrapped,
unopened, unused merchandise in new condition within 10 days and we will exchange the merchandise
or refund your credit card /or mail you a check/.
5% Security Fund
Certain customers, chosen by Cigarettes-Com.Net, have an option to use two types of security service. Each service costs 5% of the order total and provides certain guarantees and benefits. The money is held in the Security Fund, from which the company’s expenses are covered if an insurance case occurs, insuring both the company and the customers.
1) “Guaranteed Urgent Replacement” Service.
On usual basis parcels are declared lost or stolen only upon 40 days after shipping date. Though the average delivery time is 7-29 days after shipping date, we reserve the right to investigate the case within 10-20 days before making a refund or replacement.
Paying 5% of the order total to the Security Fund allows a customer to demand immediate refund or replacement after 21 days from the shipping date. In rare cases the replacement can be shipped within maximum period of 7 days after receiving a claim.
The average delivery time of an urgent replacement is 10-14 days and 3-7 days for an urgent refund.
In case the customer receives the original shipment he/she can either deny accepting the parcel at the Post Office and it will be sent back for free, or pay for the extra shipment upon delivery. We continue investigation of the case after shipping the replacement or issuing a refund; in case the postal service informs us of the original shipment's arrival we reserve the right to charge the customer's account for the order total.
Cigarettes-Com.NET cannot guarantee a refund in case the order is lost as a result of natural disaster, terrorist attack, military action and civil commotions.
2) “Rush Order” Service.
The check clearance takes 5 business days. Paying 5% of the order total to our Security Fund the customer gets his/her order approved for shipping right away, before the check clearance is completed. Once the order is approved for shipping it is shipped the next shipping day, in most cases the next day. Exceptions are: state holidays, Sundays, etc. The on-line status of the order can be changed to "shipped" sometimes 3-4 days later than the actual shipping date.
We reserve the right to suspend the service if we are unable to provide it for technical reasons or for other concerns. In this case the customer will be notified by e-mail and not charged for the service.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, we will
replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible
we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days
of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging transportation, but postage costs thus
incurred will not be refunded. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable
to make refund until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome
has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company. In the unlikely
event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having
complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE.
In case the order was sent back by your Post Office as unclaimed or because of the incorrect address provided by you we refund only the products costs, keeping back the shipping expenses ($30 for 6 cartons; $20 for 3 cartons). If you like the order to be resent you will need to pay the shipping costs ($30 for 6 cartons; $20 for 3 cartons).
