How do I use the shopping cart?

Explore cigarette brands using the catalogue on your left and add item(s) to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. To edit the quantity of items put the desired number of cartons into "quantity" field and click on "Update"; to delete an item tick the "remove" checkbox and update the cart. Continue shopping or click on "Checkout" and check out through the order form. If you are not logged in yet you'll be required either to authorize or to create a new customer's account to continue.

Why do I need to create an account on your site?

By creating an account at Cigarettes-Com you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Your personal details are stored for your accommodation only; we never share our customer's information with any third party.

Do you report your customers' names to state authorities?

We do not report our customers' names to your state authorities, as the customer database belongs to our company, which is registered outside the U.S.

How do I pay?

All prices are shown in US dollars.
At the moment we accept electronic checks only. Other payment methods are currently unavailable.

How long does it take to process my order?

Check clearance takes 5 bank days. Weekends and holidays are not working days, so it usually takes about a week to ship your order. Please, mind that if you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday, which means that check clearance will take a couple of days more.

How do I set up automatic reordering?

At the moment there is no such option on-line, however it can be arranged at your request. Please, send an enquiry from the Contact us page.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery usually takes 11-16 days after shipping date. SHIPPING IS FREE!

What kind of products do you sell?

Our cigarettes are made in Ukraine and satisfy all the European requirements.

Do you sale cigarettes for wholesale?

No. Our products are intended for personal use only and are prohibited for resale.

Do you have money-back service?

Yes. We provide full refund if the order got lost or stolen or in case we were unable to ship the goods. In case the order was sent back by your Post Office as unclaimed or because of the incorrect address provided by you we refund only the products costs, keeping back the shipping expenses. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods, please, contact us on this matter. The order can be returned within 10 days on receipt.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

You can order in quantities of 3 cartons (3, 6, 9, etc).

Do you provide any discounts?

GUARANTEED DISCOUNT: 6 dollars per each 6th carton! 3$ more on each 12th carton.
Also the discount coupons are provided within various promotional events. Each week we choose 5 random customers from those who ordered within a week and grant them discount coupons.

Do you accept coupons?

We accept only the discount coupons that participate in our discount coupons programme.

Do I have to sign for the parcel?

Yes, most of the time you will need to sign for the parcel. The orders are shipped with the USPS. In case you are not home at the time of delivery the parcel will be returned to your Post Office (a notice will be left). You will need to contact your Post Office and demand redelivery or just pick up the parcel yourself.

Do you ship to Hawaii?

Due to the illegal actions of the customs in Hawaii we DO NOT GUARANTEE the delivery. If you live in Hawaii you can order cigarettes at your own risk (some parcels are lost though), but we do not guarantee a refund in case the cigarettes are seized by the ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF HAWAIIAN Customs.

How did you get my e-mail address though I never ordered with you?

Promotional e-mails and newsletters are occasionally distributed among our customers. The customer database includes those who ordered at Cigarettes-Com.Net or at one of our affiliated websites that were abandoned by us for various reasons.

What is the 5% Security Fund?

Certain customers, chosen by Cigarettes-Com.Net, have an option to use two types of security service. Each service costs 5% of the order total and provides certain guarantees and benefits. The money is held in the Security Fund, from which the company’s expenses are covered if an insurance case occurs, insuring both the company and the customers.

1) “Guaranteed Urgent Replacement”. How it works:

On usual basis parcels are declared lost or stolen only upon 40 days after shipping date. Though the average delivery time is 7-29 days after shipping date, we reserve the right to investigate your case within 10-20 days before making a refund or replacement.

Paying 5% of your order total to our Security Fund provides you an option to demand immediate refund or replacement after 21 days from the shipping date. In rare cases the replacement can be shipped within maximum period of 7 days after receiving a claim.

The average delivery time of an urgent replacement is 10-14 days and 3-7 days for an urgent refund.

In case you receive the original shipment you can either deny accepting the parcel at your Post Office and it will be sent back for free, or pay for the extra shipment upon delivery. We continue investigation of your case after shipping the replacement or issuing a refund; in case the postal service informs us of the original shipment's arrival we reserve the right to charge your account for the order total.

Cigarettes-Com.NET cannot guarantee a refund in case the order is lost as a result of natural disaster, terrorist attack, military action and civil commotions.

2) “Rush Order”. How it works:

The check clearance takes 5 business days. Paying 5% of the order total to our Security Fund you will have your order approved for shipping right away, before the check clearance is completed. In case of any problem with your payment the company’s loss will be covered from this fund. In your turn you get faster delivery (10-14 days vs 21 regular). Once the order is approved for shipping it will be shipped the next shipping day, in most cases it means the next day. Exceptions are: state holidays, Sundays, etc. Please, mind that the on-line status of your order changes to "shipped" sometimes 3-4 days later than the actual shipping date.

We reserve the right to suspend the service if we are unable to provide it for technical reasons or for other concerns. In this case you will be notified by e-mail and not charged for the service.
