  2. Explore cigarette brands using the catalogue on your left and add item(s) to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. To edit the quantity of items put the desired number of cartons into "quantity" field and click on "Update"; to delete an item tick the "remove" checkbox and update the cart. Continue shopping or click on "Checkout" and check out through the order form. If you are not logged in yet you'll be required to authorize.

    Our products are shipped from various locations and are represented in separate categories depending on their origin. Since the orders are processed through different shipping facilities you can only add products from one of the categories at a time to your shopping cart.

    If you like to order brands from different categories, please, divide your purchase into two individual orders.

    If you try to add goods from one category to your shopping cart while already carrying products from another one you will be asked if it's okay to remove the first product.

  3. How do I create an account?
  4. The account can be created upon receiving an invitation from an established customer (your friend, colleague, etc).

  5. Why do I need to create an account on your site?
  6. By creating an account at Cigarettes-Com.Net you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Your personal details are stored for your accommodation only; we never share our customer's information with any third party. The account can be created upon receiving an invitation from an established customer.

  7. Do you report your customers' names to state authorities?
  8. We do not report our customers' names to your state authorities, as the customer database belongs to our company, which is registered outside the U.S.

  9. Is it legal to ship cigarettes through the mail?
  10. According to the PACT Act that went into effect on June 30, 2010 tobacco products can no longer be shipped through the mail in the US. However the Universal Postal Convention, which is superior to the local state laws, guarantees delivery of international mail and allows shipping cigarettes to the US.

    We made certain arrangements so that your cigarettes are delivered. In case of any problems regarding the PACT Act, please, contact us immediately. We refund the amount paid for the order less shipping costs, or ship a replacement to an alternate address (shipping cost should be paid in this case).

    There is no way you can be sued for receiving cigarettes through mail. The fact that the cigarettes have been mailed to your address doesn't indicate that you ordered them. We do not report our customers information to any third party.

  11. How long does the delivery take?
  12. Our products are shipped from various locations and are represented in separate categories depending on their origin. The delivery times depend on the goods origin as well.

    We allow 25-30 days for the delivery from the order date for the goods from Category ONE (EU-made cigarettes) and 2-4 weeks for the delivery of the goods from Category TWO (Swiss/Mixed origin).

    It takes 6 business days to complete an e-check transaction.

  13. What kind of products do you sell?
  14. Our products are shipped from various locations and are represented in separate categories depending on their origin. Goods represented in the first category are made in Eastern Europe; the second one contains Swiss-made products mainly.

  15. Do you sale cigarettes for wholesale?
  16. No. Our products are intended for personal use only and are prohibited for resale.

  17. Do you have money-back service?
  18. We provide full refund in case we were unable to ship the goods.

    We mail a replacement if your order is lost or stolen for the first time.

    If an order is not delivered due to the circumstances we were unable to control, we discuss each case individually; in some cases we make a refund or a replacement.

    In case the order was sent back by your Post Office as unclaimed or because of the incorrect address provided by you we refund only the products costs, taking off the shipping expenses. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods, please, contact us on this matter. If your order gets intercepted/seized by the Customs we only refund the amount you paid less the shipping costs ($35 per 6 cartons/$25 per 3 cartons).

    If there is any problem with the delivered order we will ask you to provide us with the pictures of the box, goods and the clear view of the postal label for our investigation.

  19. Is there a minimum or maximum order?
  20. The minimum order is 1 carton. Please, mind that there is a $2 shipping fee for orders less $40.

    You can order in quantities of 3 cartons (3, 6, 9, etc)

  21. Do you provide any discounts?
  22. There is a guaranteed $6 discont per each 6th cartons.

    We provide additional discounts occasionaly.

  23. Do you accept coupons?
  24. We accept only the discount coupons that participate in our discount coupons programme.

    The codes are sent by e-mail on special occasions.

  25. Do I have to sign for the parcel?
  26. Yes, most of the time you will need to sign for the parcel. The orders are shipped with the USPS. In case you are not home at the time of delivery the parcel will be returned to your Post Office (a notice will be left). You will need to contact your Post Office and demand redelivery or just pick up the parcel yourself.

  27. How did you get my e-mail address though I never ordered with you?
  28. Promotional e-mails and newsletters are occasionally distributed among our customers. The customer database includes those who ordered at Cigarettes-Com.Net or at one of our affiliated websites that were abandoned by us for various reasons.

  29. How do I pay?
  30. We accept electronic checks only. If you need any assistance, please, contact our Customer Care Department.

  31. Is it safe to pay on-line?
  32. All personal data is encrypted by 256-bit SSL technology and your details are 100% safe.

  33. What if my check doesn't go through?
  34. We reserve the right to impose a $20 fee if your check doesn't clear due to insufficient funds on your account.
